All Mothercare Pushchairs, Car Seats, Wooden Furniture and Electrical products carry a guarantee (subject to conditions and purchase price) from date of purchase, against faulty materials and workmanship.

1. Items over Php 6,999.00 is subject to 12 months guarantee
2. Items worth Php 6,999.00 & below is subject to 6 months guarantee

The guarantee covers:

1. All pushchairs, travel systems, strollers & car seats
2. All parts except inflatable tires, inner tubes and rain covers
3. We will endeavor to provide matching fabric for repairs and/or spares, if this is not available we will provide coordinating colors.
4. Where a spare or repair is uneconomical, Mothercare will offer a replacement product.
5. Mothercare may inspect the product and verify fault before offering a spare, repair, replacement or refund.
6. The use of the same brand stroller platform, such as Mothercare HopOn on Mothercare My Choice, will not impact the validity of the Mothercare guarantee on the pushchair/stroller, as long as it is used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. This excludes cosmetic damage caused by the stroller platform. In the event of the pushchair or stroller going wrong due to the use of a non-matching brand stroller platform, this will invalidate the guarantee.

The guarantee does not cover:

1. Damage caused by non-domestic use
2. General wear and tear, for example; worn wheels, damaged rain covers, worn/torn fabric
3. Deliberate damage, misuse or neglect
4. Product which has been modified, undergone an unauthorized repair or used a non-approved spare part
5. Car seats which have been involved in an accident - we recommend all car seats be replaced if involved in an accident.
6. Cosmetic damage
7. Matching accessories e.g. change bags, cosytoes, stroller platforms, etc.
8. Loss incurred as a result of not being able to use a product whilst waiting for a spare part or repair as we will provide a courtesy stroller

To claim against the guarantee, proof of purchase and guarantee sticker are required. Guarantee is invalid if the sticker is not present.
